Income Certificate

Document to be submitted by the Applicant:

1. Identity proof of applicant
2. Proof of address
3. Proof in support of income drawn by a parent employed, in organized private sector or PSUs, from the said sectors
4. Proof in support of income earned by an employed or self-employed parentin unorganized private sector, in respect of such parent
5. Proof to establish category of post in which a parent is employed in government sector, other than PSUs, in respect of such parent
6. Proof in support of income earned by a parent, who is employed in government sector including PSUs, from sources other than by way of employment in government or in the PSU
