Other Backward Classes (Non Creamy Layer) Certificate

Document to be submitted by the Applicant:

1. Identity proof of applicant
2. Proof of address
3. Proof of establish relationship between applicant and parent(s) / guardian/spouse
4. Proof in support of claim of unemployment of parent, if unemployed
5. Proof in support of income drawn by a parent employed, in organized private sector or PSUs, from the said sectors
6. Proof in support of income earned by an employed or self-employed parent in unorganized private sector, in respect of such parent
7. Proof to establish category of post in which a parent is employed in government sector, other than PSUs, in respect of such parent
8. Proof in support of income earned by a parent, who is employed in government sector including PSUs, from sources other than by way of employment in government or in the PSU
9. Proof to establish whether a parent has held a constitutional post, in respect of both parents, in doubtful cases
10. Proof of class membership, in doubtful cases
11. Proof of citizenship, in doubtful cases
12. 2 passport size photographs of the applicant
